OUR INVESTMENT PROCESS

We Find A Deal

(Year 1)

We look for deals that are typically anywhere from 20-100 Units usually (B/C) class properties, once we find a deal that meets our strict requirements we open it up for you to invest passively as a limited partner (LP)

Acquisitions
(Year 1)

The General Partners (my team and I) pool funds together and Invest along side you (LP) we then take ownership of the property.

Reposition

(Year 1-2)

Through increasing rents, renovations and improving daily operations we increase the property value

Exit Plan
(Year 3-5)

Depending on our exact exit plan for the specific deal, we could refinance and return all investor capital early or hold the deal to up to the 5 year mark and then sell off the property given what the market allows for returning all investor capital at the end of the hold period, while all this is happening investors are still getting portions of cash flow, appreciation and tax benefits as well.
